• YOU MAY EMAIL THE FORM TO MARILU ALONG WITH YOUR 501 (C)(3). THIS TAX EXEMPTION CERIFICATE MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR REGISTRATION. 
• YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM US ONCE IT IS RECEIVED. 
• IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO OR DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANY OF THE GUIDELINES ON THIS PAGE PLEASE REACH OUT TO US BEFORE THE GIVEAWAY.

RETURNING PARTICIPANTS

• YOU ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO EMAIL OR CALL LETTING US KNOW THE NAME OF YOUR CHURCH OR ORGANIZATION WILL BE PARTICIPATING. NO ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK IS NEEDED.
• IF YOUR TAX-EXEMPT STATUS HAS EXPIRED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR AN UPDATED AND CURRENT STATUS LETTER. 

PLEASE READ ALL GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATING, THANK YOU!

NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER WEDNESDAY 

EACH ORGANIZATION MUST REGISTER OR REQUEST TO BE ADDED TO THE LIST SEPERATELY. We have been informed that some organizations ride along with others but have not been registering to be added to the participation list. 

• WE ONLY HAVE ONE DESIGNATED PICKUP TIME. THE FIRST AND THIRD FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 1PM. 

• You may only bring up to 4 helpers from your organization with you. Only ONE VEHICLE per organization may be loaded. If you have others driving their own vehicle to assist you, please have them park in the grassy area next to the trailers and close to the post office. Please do not block that area as it is an exit and entrance for other businesses.
• If you bring your child/children with you, under the age of 13 are NOT allowed near the pallets. Please have someone watch them at your vehicle or make other arrangements. We are only thinking of the safety of everyone.  

We will have the same items and the same number of items for all groups.  

• If you arrive early, you can stage yourself on Hammes Ave. making sure not to block any driveways of any businesses.   We will then direct parking in front of the trailers where most park now, not on the grass, not in front of any other businesses or blocking other businesses or driveways and not in front of any of the docks. 
• Bring your OWN dolly's, 2 wheelers, pallet jacks etc. Please do not use the carts from the Hope Center.   
• No-one is allowed near the pallets of food until you are released to do so. 
• When gathering your food, take it directly to your vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE STACKS/PILES NEXT TO PRODUCT, TAKE DIRECTLY TO YOUR VEHICLE. This has been happening a lot lately. You will receive one warning.  It is not fair to others that stacks are created as this gets in the way of others trying to transport food to their vehicles. We have vehicles exiting this area and it has become a deterrent. 
• Watch for traffic! Please do not obstruct traffic.  Be respectful of the workers and listen to their direction.  
• Be respectful to one another. Share the food that is being distributed.  

Please work with us as we try to honor you, our workers, our neighbors, and most importantly God.  

Anyone violating the rules or causing conflict with other members or employees of our organization will be asked to leave and may risk being able to participate in future food giveaways.

 Those of us here at Hands of Hope of Illinois are honored to partner with you on what God has called you to do in feeding those in need. Because of this God is blessing Hands of Hope of Illinois. We give away over 100 semi loads of food every year. 

We have seen an increase in the needs of our partner organizations to get food to those suffering from food insecurity. It is noticeable by the number of organizations coming for food. This has presented a challenge. We want to be respectful of our neighboring business and their area. With so many vehicles coming to pick up food we are blocking access not only to our neighbors but also to the trailers we store food. So please be mindful of your parking. Thank you!
