Those of us here at Hands of Hope of Illinois are honored to partner with you on what God has called you to do in feeding those in need. Because of this God is blessing Hands of Hope of Illinois. We give away close to 70 semi loads of food every year.
We have seen an increase in the needs of our partner organizations to get food to those suffering from food insecurity. It is noticeable by the number of organizations coming for food. This has presented a challenge. We want to be respectful of our neighboring business and their area. With so many vehicles coming to pick up food we are blocking access not only to our neighbors but also to the trailers we store food.
Beginning July 3rd, you must be pre-registered with Hands of Hope of Illinois by filling out the registration form (you may download the form by clicking the button below) and either email it to joliethopecentermb@gmail.com or fax to 815-846-4113. Your registration will be confirmed. All new members must have their registration in by end of day on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday in order to participate in the 1st and 3rd Friday giveaway. NO EXEMPTIONS!

WE ARE HAVING ONLY ONE GIVEAWAY TIME ON FRIDAYS AT 1PM
You may bring up to 4 helpers from your organization with you. You may only bring one vehicle per organization. We will have the same items and the same number of items for both groups.
Product cannot be loaded for you by forklift to ensure your safety and the safety of our employe

Product cannot be loaded for you by forklift to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees. Bring your OWN carts, 2 wheelers, etc. Please do not use the carts from the Hope Center.
No-one is allowed near the pallets of food until you are released to do so. We ask that you remain at your vehicles until instructed otherwise.
When gathering your food, take it directly to your vehicle. Please do not create other stacks on the lot or drive your vehicle next to the pallets.
Watch for traffic! Please do not obstruct traffic. Be respectful of the workers and listen to their direction.
Be respectful to one another. Share the food that is being distributed.
If you arrive early, you can stage yourself on Hammes Ave. making sure not to block any driveways of any businesses. We will then direct parking in front of the trailers where most park now, not on the grass, not in front of any other businesses or blocking other businesses or driveways and not in front of any of the docks.
To make sure things run smoothly we are also asking that you let us know that you will be coming by simply clicking on this email address joliethopecentermb@gmail.com, Don’t forget to click “send", and just state you will be coming or if that fails call (630) 886-1553. Please do this before end of day on Wednesday.
NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER WEDNESDAY. WE HOPE THIS DOES NOT DISRUPT YOUR ORGANIZATIONS PLANS.
Please work with us as we try to honor you, our workers, our neighbors, and God.
Anyone violating the rules or causing conflict with other members or employees of our organization will be asked to leave and may risk being able to participate in future food giveaways.
